Congratulations to our junior high boys basketball team for finishing their season last night with a win! They were 14-1 on the season and went undefeated in district.
Due to scheduling conflicts, Senior Night will be moved to tomorrow, January 28.
The Jr. High boys basketball team has won the Anton Tournament. Back to back weeks with tournament championships! Congratulations Boys!
Dear Anton ISD Parents and Students,
Due to the high number of illnesses reported within our school community, we have made the decision to cancel classes tomorrow, Friday, January 24th. This closure will allow our custodial staff to thoroughly sanitize and disinfect all buildings to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff. Friday night basketball games in Meadow and Saturday’s Jr. High Tournament in Anton will NOT be affected by this. They will proceed as scheduled.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we prioritize the well-being of our school community.

Congratulations to our Jr. High boys basketball team on winning first place at the Wellman-Union basketball tournament!
Big shoutout to these three distinguished Anton High School alums, Dr. Vanessa Costilla, Dr. Julie Hubik and attorney Stacy Riker for coming back to their old stomping grounds to impart some words of wisdom to our students regarding life after high school.
Students had a college and career fair, watched "A Million Miles Away" and enjoyed a performance from the NMJC Fearless Touring Ensemble.
Whitharral and Cotton Center students also attended.

On Tuesday, December 17, Junior High will attend Texas Tech Education Day to watch the Lady Raiders play. Permission slips will be sent home with your child today. We will send a sack lunch for students; however, if your child would like to purchase something from the concession stand, they will need to bring money for that. Please see the attached menu prices.
